When the scout has completed the requirements for a Belt Loop or Pin you may submit the below form. We ask that you submit no more than five (5) request for each awards presentation. The Belt Loop or Pin will be awarded at a Pack Meeting Awards Ceremony. Any and all remaining Beltloops and/or Pins, regardless of number, will be awarded at last Pack Meeting of the school year.
